Customer Experience Agent
The Role:
As a Customer Experience Agent at Noventre, you will be instrumental in ensuring excellent customer experience. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring positive customer outcomes, with a focus on customer onboarding, basic troubleshooting, and general accounts queries.
