As a Customer Experience Agent at Noventre, you will play a key role in delivering a consistently high quality experience for our residential customers. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across onboarding, account queries and technical support.
This role requires a strong balance of customer focus and technical understanding.
