Head of Finance
The Head of Finance is a senior role that plays a key part in supporting the financial health, commercial performance and strategic decision making of the business. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide financial insight to shape pricing, investment and growth decisions, improve profitability and cash generation, and ensure the business makes disciplined commercial choices.
This role sits at the heart of a business that has already invested in building reliable financial foundations. The priority now is to move beyond reporting into active commercial and financial leadership: driving stronger margin discipline, modelling growth and investment scenarios, understanding customer and product profitability, challenging business cases, and supporting the business as it prepares for future growth, investment and strategic opportunities.

Customer Account Manager – Growth Accounts
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Customer Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and developing a portfolio of Growth Accounts. Your primary focus will be to build positive customer relationships, understand account needs, and identify opportunities to develop these accounts over time. Operating within structured processes and clear commercial frameworks, you will deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience that supports long-term retention and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams, including technical support and service delivery, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. This role is an important entry point into strategic account management and provides a platform for developing the commercial skills and product knowledge required to progress into higher-complexity account portfolios.
