Noventre has welcomed Lisa Karran to the business as its new Head of Commercial Operations, joining the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its services and support businesses across the Isle of Man.
Lisa joins Noventre with significant executive leadership experience. Over recent years, she has led strategic and commercial initiatives across financial services and digital sectors, developing expertise in commercial growth, marketing, stakeholder engagement and operational leadership. Her career includes successfully delivering change in fast paced, regulated environments while building strong business relationships and enhancing customer experience.
Her move to Noventre brings that experience into the technology and communications sector, where she will focus on developing the company’s commercial operations, and helping to shape its next phase of growth.
As Head of Commercial Operations, Lisa will work across the organisation to strengthen commercial strategy, identify new opportunities and ensure Noventre remains closely aligned with the evolving needs of its customers. A key part of her role will be maintaining a strong external focus, engaging with customers, partners and the wider business community to identify emerging opportunities, gather market insight and help shape the future direction of the business.
